What's the process?
Requirements
All we need to produce a design for your personalised welcome mat is your logo, the desired dimensions and whether it is to be placed in a matwell or laid to surface. Logos should ideally be supplied in vector format such as PDF, AI, EPS or similar. If you would like to supply a design then we‘re equally happy to work from that, but it’s not necessary. We can even generate artwork from a trusty JPEG, but it may take us a little longer!
Production Process
Once we have received your logo and your order, a COBA Europe customer service representative will forward a digital proof of your bespoke logo mat for sign-off. Your approval begins the production process. We use the latest technology to produce crisp, clean lines with reliable accuracy.
Experienced production engineers methodically assemble and securely join each component to deliver a superior quality matting product.
Installation
If you opt for an edged mat then the installation is categorised as ‘loose lay’ and can be simply unpacked and put into action immediately. If your mat is being located in a recessed matwell, then once the old matting is removed, it also can simply be dropped into place. You may wish to use an adhesive to provide more robust positioning – but this is not essential.

I have a logo and text I would like to include on an entrance mat, do you offer these options?
Yes, we can include your company logo or text onto a logo mat. Up-to 6 colours can be used from a choice of 40. We also offer a Pantone colour matching service to make sure your logo will look great!
Do you offer bespoke matting?
Some of our matting products are available in custom made sizes. You can refer to the size guide in the specification details relating to individual products. Products that are available in custom sizes are usually described as ‘special sizes available on request’. Please note that delivery times are normally longer when matting is ‘made to order’. It is not just size either. Some of our entrance mats use bespoke logos, such as Logo Mat.

Which entrance matting is best for use outdoors?
The best outdoor entrance matting option is Plan.a that includes PVC scrapers.
What types of entrance matting do you have available?
We have a wide range of entrance matting systems available in a number of materials that include Aluminium and PVC tile options. There are systems suitable for mat wells or systems that can be laid directly to a floor surface. The entrance matting comes in three different formats; interlinking entrance tiles, carpet on rolls and custom aluminium entrance matting systems.
